sweet new potatoes

Mammy and Baba ususally like to keep it pretty low key for the weekened after being pooped out from being at work all week. However, we had a hectic weekend of fun. After getting up on saturday morning we all went to the gym. Didi and I play at the drop-in while Mammy and Baba get their one work-out 60 min a week. We then rush over to my ballet lesson for the next hour and half and Didi has a nap. I come home for my nap and lunch and we wake up to go to our first concert. The WIGGLES! I really enjoyed myself but Didi got a bit fussy. He did sit and clap to the music initially but then Mammy guessed that he was both hungry and thirsty. Baba left with him to take him to the water fountain and bought him a light wand which he loves! Then we had some Thai take out for dinner. Boy did Didi wolf down a lot of food and water. Mammy was right! He was still thirsty and hungry!
The following day, the weather was just beautiful and we went to a nearby park where they were doing free face painting and giving out free pizza, hotdogs, cookies and coffee! This is for real! There were also free balloons and clowns and a tall woman in stilts! We wore our costumes for this event as it was a pre-halloween festival. Didi is such a pro at the slides going down on his belly. Perfect landing! We had a nice solid nap and then we went to the mall and we went out for dinner. We mostly ate fries and I ate some pasta too. We both just love ketchup!
