sweet new potatoes

Kaufu made a fabulous dinner for Mammy on her birthday. A few friends were invited but couldnt come. I hear it was delicious. Saffron, paella infused risotto, seared scallops and pinenut encrusted fresh snapper fillet. The risotto was the star of the show and it was so good Kaufu did a repeat performance the following night. Those friends sure did miss out! Maybe next time when Kaufu returns he will cook again?
